4 Villas
Year: 2025
Location: Jesenice
On the western edge of Jesenice near Omiš, a newly developed site hosts four luxurious villas, each equipped with a pool. Though based on the same conceptual principles, the four villas are designed in pairs with different architectural forms.
The stone-clad ground floors resonate with the environment, reflecting local construction traditions and the ever-present stone retaining walls on this steep terrain. The upper floors are simple, monochromatic cubes offset from the base level to form covered terrace areas.
Their facades are dissected by clean lines that flow onto the roof surfaces, forming a partial green roof. These interruptions cleverly fragment the massing so that, when viewed from above or within the settlement, the villas appear as several smaller structures, while pedestrian and seaside perspectives reveal the full grandeur of the luxurious living experience they offer.
Each villa has a spacious open-plan ground floor that spills out onto both covered terrace and uncovered terrace with infinity pool. The upper level houses three bedrooms, each with a naturally lit en-suite bathroom, along with a shared sauna.
