Our new project is positioned in the coastal quarter of Žnjan — one of Split’s most vibrant neighborhoods, just steps away from the city’s largest beach . This residential project comprises a harmonious composition of three mid-rise buildings designed to merge Mediterranean living with contemporary architecture. Each of the three buildings rises four stories above ground, crowned by a recessed penthouse level that opens onto expansive terraces. These upper levels not only enhance privacy and spatial generosity but also offer sweeping views of the Adriatic Sea. The architectural rhythm is defined by a sensitive interplay of horizontality and transparency. Carefully proportioned balconies, adorned with lush Mediterranean vegetation, soften the facades and introduce a living green buffer between private and public realms. The surrounding landscaped gardens extend the domestic sphere into nature, fostering a seamless dialogue between architecture and its environment. With a thoughtful orientation and volumetric arrangement, the design maximizes exposure to natural light and ventilation throughout the day, ensuring every residence benefits from the unique solar qualities of Žnjan.
